Koehler Winery

This vineyard is sown with a rich history.

Grapes were grown on the land for more than 40 years before the Koehler family came to purchase the land in the 90s. The 67-acre vineyard was known for its superb fruit in and around the Santa Ynez Valley. Not too long after, the Koehler’s decided they were going to launch their own winery and tasting room with the goal to create renowned wines at affordable prices. 

Today, Koehler Winery (part of the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail) offers beautiful outdoor settings with rustic picnic benches and harvest tables for visitors to relax while sipping on their selection of estate-grown wines. Their wide selection of varietals includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Riesling, Syrah, Sangiovese, Grenache, Mourvedre and Viognier. 

Winemaker Colin Murphy, Vineyard Manager Felipe Hernandez, and the rest of the staff at Koehler Winery collaborate to ensure they are delivering quality and distinguished wines. The vines are carefully tended throughout the seasons to ensure that each year’s harvest is better than the last.
